    Tai was outstanding during my first home purchase. Very knowledgeable and fast response time at any time of day. For my first home purchase I was in a little bit of a rush, however Tai did not rush me at anytime. He let me run things at my pace and was there simply to assist and guide me through the process. Tai showed how much he really cared by always following up AFTER the sale. He checked in on me even when his assistance was not longer needed. I would highly recommend Tai as he has made the home buying experience a breeze and stress free.

    Tai Phan is very knowledgeable and professional. He has great negotiation skills and process the contract brilliantly. You can tell he cares deeply about his work. He is very responsive. Anytime we call, he answered the phone right away or he'll call you right back. He went above and beyond and met all of our needs. After many months of searching for the right house or condo, we finally found one! The condo is in a very safe and peaceful location. Tai was very patient with us. He helped us set up utilities and electric services, Homeowner Association service, mailbox set up, etc, etc, etc. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He is a good Real Estate Agent!
